Amaliah
"Mixed bag energy" doesn’t quite cover the range, eclecticism and diverse skill of local rising star, Rinse FM resident and FABRICLIVE favourite Amaliah. The London based selector and producer has developed a powerful sound, formed from a young age via her love of record collecting and emerging into the scene surrounded by high-energy disco, funk, and soul sets. As well s being involved with national stations like Balamii Radio and Foundation FM, she;s also founder of the events collective, Borne Fruits. Launched in 2019, Borne Fruits was created to throw quality parties across London, showcasing home-grown talent and providing a house party atmosphere. Now, it also serves as a record label, housing Amaliah's debut EP Borne Fruits 001, and she’s even taken to project to the Rinse FM airwaves. Catch her at The Record Store on the Saturday edition.
